The breakfast each day was really good. The location was fabulous. The staff was fabulous. The hotel room was good. The refrigerator was really small and no freezer option.

The staff were great , always addressed any concerns or needs . Selina with the breakfast staff made our stay extra special . All of the staff made our first visit to Virgina Beach special .

Location was the main reason we chose to stay here, Oceanfront Balcony room. Loved the view of Boardwalk and Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was a nice touch.

The breakfast and the staff that prepared it was great.. I preferred the waffles over the pancakes though. The apple juice was VERRRYYYY GOOD. Mr. Robert was the first smiling face I seen and his hospitality was phenomenal. The younger african american woman at the counter that checked us in was very nice and made sure to try to accommodate us. Overall even down to the people that was cleaning up the rooms were very helpful and didn't complain whenever we asked for anything. Being able to watch the sun rise from our bed and feel the breeze of the wind coming from the ocean was an amazing feeling.

The facilities were top notch and I liked that you had to have your room key to access the elevators and pool. It was a great location and right on the beach.

All is true, beautiful hospitality and wonderful breakfast and Broadway Grill restaurant and some other restaurants near around the hotel is excellent and walking Broadway. I enjoyed relaxing and viewing the front ocean while high-rise, where I stayed, hotel us, the best view front porch. Thank you for the best choice, and I will come back again this fall.

The room was fantastic. It was very large and comfortable. The view was fantastic. The staff at your hotel were incredible. I especially want to commend Jimmy Gutierrez, Delilah and Mia for their help in sending me the chromebook that my daughter left in our room. That was my daughter's school computer--without it she would have been in significant trouble academically. Thank you so much for hiring such honest and helpful people at Hyatt! We sincerely appreciate their help!
